1. Eligibility for Cancellation
1.1 Orders may be cancelled provided that production has not yet commenced. Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.
1.2 Custom orders or those involving bespoke designs are non-cancellable once the design proof has been approved.
2. Cancellation Process
2.1 To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. Provide the following details:

2.2 Cancellation requests will be reviewed, and you will be notified of the outcome within 1-2 business days.
3. Refunds for Cancellations
3.1 If a cancellation is approved before production begins, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus any administrative or processing fees, if applicable.
3.2 If design work has commenced but production has not, a partial refund may be issued to account for the time and resources already expended.
3.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after production begins.
4. Exceptions
4.1 Brayford Press Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
