4.3 Delivery charges will be specified at the time of ordering and may vary based on location and shipping method.
5. Artwork and Approvals
5.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork meets our specifications. Guidelines are available upon request.
5.2 We will provide proofs for approval before production begins. Once approved, we are not liable for any errors or omissions in the approved proof.
6. Refunds and Returns

6.2 Refunds, reprints, or replacements will be offered at our discretion and only in cases where the product is defective or does not match the approved proof.
