1.2 Refunds are not applicable in cases where:

  • Errors occur due to incorrect artwork, designs, or specifications provided by the customer.

  • There are minor variations in colour, size, or finish that fall within standard industry tolerances.

  • Custom products meet the approved proof and order specifications but are no longer required by the customer.


2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Returns are only accepted in cases where:

  • The product is defective or damaged due to errors caused by Brayford Press Ltd.

  • The delivered product significantly deviates from the approved proof or order specifications.

2.2 Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom or bespoke products unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.


3. Reporting an Issue

3.1 Customers must notify us of any issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

3.2 To initiate a refund or return, provide the following information:

  • A detailed description of the issue.

  • Photographic evidence of the defect or error.

  • The order number and proof of purchase.

3.3 Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for refunds or returns.


4. Inspection and Resolution

4.1 Once your claim is received, we will review the information and, if necessary, request the return of the product for inspection.

4.2 If the claim is valid, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the issue.

  • A reprint of the product at no additional cost.

  • A replacement product, if applicable.

4.3 Brayford Press Ltd reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.


5. Returning Products

5.1 If a return is approved, the product must be returned to Brayford Press Ltd within 14 days of receiving confirmation of the return request.

5.2 Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

5.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.


6. Refund Process

6.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirming the claim.

6.2 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

6.3 Brayford Press Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.


7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 Our liability for defective or incorrect products is limited to the value of the order in question.

7.2 Brayford Press Ltd is not liable for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of income or business opportunities resulting from product defects or delays.
